Trivia is on four times per week (five on the second week of the month). You can visit with PK on Tuesday nights at Indooroopilly, or Brownie on Wednesday nights at Brunswick St, or PK at Brookwater Golf Club on the second Wednesday night of the month, or Stu on Wednesday nights at West End, or PK on Thursday nights at Coorparoo.
We may not be the most politically correct trivia crew in town but we do have some fun.
Leave your preconceived ideas of what a trivia night is at home and come and join us at one of our four/five venues for a laugh.
The Pig n’ Whistle Pubs have become an institution in Brisbane and we are happy to say we’ve been with them every step of the way, including our latest trivia night at West End.
Coorparoo Bowls Club is a good old bowlo. Cheap drinks, cheap eats and all the old people have left by 4pm to get home for tea. That leaves the club open to a younger set for laughs over a beer or twelve.
Brookwater be a little more reserved but only because good grog costs more.
Come and say g’day.
PK, Brownie & Stu.
P.S. Remember to join us on Facebook.
PK Trivia offers trivia in a variety of locations for all occasions. Whether you want to take part in a regular trivia night, blow off some steam at lunchtime, get together a corporate function or raise some money for charity, this is the right place to visit.
We offer competitive prices for hosting trivia. Our hosts boast in excess of 5000 combined trivia shows over the past 17 years.
For more details, get in touch using the links to the left of the page.
Since May of 2000, PK and the team have given away over $1,000,000 worth of cash and prizes at venues around Brisbane. If you want to chase your share of the prizes up for grabs each week, check out the venue details to the left.
How does trivia work? I’m glad you asked. Trivia nights are comprised of four rounds, one general knowledge, one sound round, a picture round and a special subject round (which changes every week). There are prizes for the winners of each round and there is a prize for the winner of the entire night. We have some quirky little rules for breaking ties and spreading the prizes around but the only two rules that really matter are:
1. NO CHEATING
2. DON’T ARGUE WITH THE HOST
There is a third rule that is not mentioned often and it refers to John Farnham’s time with the Little River Band but let’s not get into that.
Lunchtime trivia includes just the first two rounds but there are still prizes for each round.
Come along and have a laugh, after all, that’s what it’s really all about.
